Charlie Palmer, of Mallow Road, Thetford, found guilty of Cornhill, Bury St Edmunds, driving offences




A teenager has been found guilty of two town centre driving offences.

Charlie Palmer, 18, of Mallow Road, Thetford, was due to appear before Suffolk Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.

He did not attend the hearing.

He was charged with driving an Audi A3 S Line on Cornhill, Bury St Edmunds, without due care and attention on August 23.

Palmer was also charged with reversing the Audi unneccesarily on Cornhill on the same day.

The court found the defendant guilty of both offences in his absense.

He will be sentenced at the same court on May 8.
