The latest update comes after the pub, in The Street, shut on February 18.

A statement on its website published at the time said: “Regrettably we have to advise customers that the pub will be temporarily closing after business on Sunday 18th February.

“There are a number of contributing factors that has forced this decision our increased costs being the main one.

“Recruiting staff has also been a big issue as there are not a lot of people wanting to work in hospitality these days.”

In the statement the landlord said: “This really is only a temporary closure as I am aware that the pub company are close to recruiting a replacement team.”

The Three Horseshoes was approached for comment.
