The neighbourhoods managing to 'suppress' coronavirus in Bury St Edmunds, West and Mid Suffolk

A number of areas are managing to 'suppress' the virus thanks to continuing lockdown measures, according to latest Government statistics.

According to Public Health England, several areas in Bury St Edmunds and West Suffolk are now reporting fewer than three coronavirus cases each week.

These areas are marked as places where the virus had been 'suppressed' - and data is restricted to protect individuals' identities.
