Belvoir sales and letting agency, in Bury St Edmunds, celebrates 15th birthday

A sales and letting agency is celebrating its 15th anniversary.

Belvoir, based in Abbeygate Street, Bury St Edmunds, celebrated the event on August 22.

Bury St Edmunds Mayor, Councillor Diane Hind was in attendance.

Belvoir is the biggest franchise sales and lettings agents in the UK with over 170 offices, each owned and managed by a local sales and lettings specialists.

Fifteen years ago, director Patsy Day opened the Bury branch and established Belvoir in the community.

Patsy said ‘The past 15 years have been a rollercoaster. I can’t believe I have actually got to 15 years. It has been a lot of hard work and a lot of laughs and fun.

“I genuinely mean it when I say that I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for the
people that supported me and have stood by my side.

“I would like to make a toast to another 15 years, and thank Madam Mayor for attending.”

Belvoir offers a personalised service which includes lettings, sales, sourcing buy-to-let investments, property refurbishments and residential block management.

In 2015, a decade after the successful launch of the Bury St Edmunds branch, Patsy expanded the service into Norfolk. .The Norfolk branch quickly became part of the
local property market.

Staff say celebrating 15 years in business, stands as a testament to the
vision and hard work of Patsy Day and her team.
