These are the Suffolk neighbourhoods with the highest Covid-19 case rates




The Covid-19 case rate in Suffolk has decreased by 28.1 per cent since the week previous, according to the latest government data.

As of February 10, 5,938 people tested positive for the virus, 2,320 down from the week ending February 4 and 3,468 less than the week ending January 28. The case rate per 100,000 people is now 780.

East Suffolk is the region with the highest number of cases, with 1,749 recorded as of February 10.

These are the areas in Suffolk with the highest Covid-19 case rates:

1. Stowmarket West - 1486.7 cases per 100,000 people

2. Moreton Hall - 1361.3 cases per 100,000 people

3. Stowmarket East - 1297.1 cases per 100,000 people

4. Broke Hall - 1229.1 cases per 100,000 people

5. Whitehouse - 1192.1 cases per 100,000 people

6. Red Lodge, Icklingham and Moulton - 1177.8 cases per 100,000 people

7. Howard Estate and Northgate - 1169 cases per 100,000 people
