Bury St Edmunds adults-only crazy golf experience, Sneaky Links, to open on Friday, November 24

The opening date has been confirmed for an adults-only crazy golf experience with a licensed bar in Bury St Edmunds.

Sneaky Links, at the former Revel Outdoors bike shop in Brentgovel Street, will welcome customers on Friday, November 24.

It is the brainchild of Ben Cunningham, who runs escape room The Evidence Room in Bury.

Sneaky Links promises ‘one-of-a-kind courses, Insta-worthy interiors and an epic soundtrack’ as well as a fully licensed bar, stocked with beers, ciders, spirits and Prosecco.

Crazy golf fans of any level, skill or ability are challenged to navigate their way to the perfect putt on the inventive nine-hole course, while drinks can be caddied directly to the green.

Each hole has been designed by Ben.

He said: “Everyone I speak to about Sneaky Links says, ‘this is exactly what this town needs’, so I’m giving the people of Bury St Edmunds what they want.

“Just like The Evidence Room, Sneaky Links has been another fantastic opportunity to work with local suppliers – from the stockists of the bar and the ‘we’ll-find-a-way’ trades to the incredibly talented street artists and designers, this has been the ultimate collaborative undertaking.

“I feel incredibly proud to be able to contribute a new offering to Bury St Edmunds’ already thriving nightlife and entertainment scene.

“And this is just the beginning for Sneaky Links, there’s more to come.”

Ben will continue to run The Evidence Room which next year will move from its base for the last five years in Risbygate Street to above the crazy golf experience that will take over the ground floor and basement.
