Three appear in court following Bury St Edmunds O2 shop break-in




Two men and a teenage boy are appearing in court today accused of a break-in at a mobile phone shop.

Police were called around 2:15am on Thursday to reports of a burglary during which three males were seen with a hammer breaking into the O2 store at Buttermarket, Bury St Edmunds.

Officers attended and the suspects fled the scene.

Two were arrested by police shortly afterwards.

Eremia Mirea, 18, of no fixed abode and a 14-year-old boy, were arrested on suspicion of burglary and have been charged in connection with the incident.

A third suspect was arrested yesterday evening.

Florin Craciun, 20, of Queens Road in Lowestoft, was arrested at 8:10pm and taken to Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre for questioning, where he was also charged.

All three are appearing at Ipswich Magistrates Court today.
