Three people arrested and one charged in connection with West Suffolk burglaries
Three people have been arrested and one person has been charged following a series of burglaries in West Suffolk.
A 42-year-old man was arrested in connection with five burglaries in the Mildenhall area.
The incidents were between Saturday, July 14 and Thursday, July 19 at addresses in Macpherson Robertson Way, Queensway, Jim Mollison Court, Hammer Avenue and Miles Hawk Way.
The man was taken to Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre for questioning and he was released under investigation pending further enquiries.
A 28-year-old woman was arrested by officers investigating a series of burglaries, which were between Thursday, June 28 and Wednesday, July 11 at properties in Langham, Badwell Ash and Westhorpe.
The woman has been released on police bail and must return on Monday, August 20.
A 36-year-man was arrested in connection with the series in Langham but he has since been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
Anthony Vittles, 44, of Peterhouse Close, Mildenhall, was also arrested in connection with a burglary in Eriswell Drive, Lakenheath on Friday, May 25.
Vittles has been charged with burglary and for possession of a Class A drug. He is due to appear at Ipswich Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, August 28.
