Karooze Café Bar in Bury St Edmunds marketed by Punch for new tenant as revamped Suffolk and Social




A Bury St Edmunds town centre bar is being marketed for a new tenant with a 'significant investment' planned.

Karooze Café Bar, in St Andrew's Street South, is being advertised by pub company Punch as the revamped Suffolk and Social.

On its website, Punch said it has plans to revamp the premises, with new lighting, flooring, screens, furniture and a complete redecoration inside.

"Our vision with significant investment is to create a popular café-style bar by day, with a thriving bar boasting fantastic live music, delicious drinks, and a vibrant atmosphere by night," it said.

Punch added that it was looking for a talented and experienced publican seeking to make their mark in the town.
