Premier Travel reopen branches as customers look to holiday again
Staff at an East Anglia-based travel agency have returned to work as customers begin to plan holidays for this winter and next summer.
Premier Travel welcomed back staff to its 24 branches last week. Employees had been working from home since the start of lockdown.
The company is offering an appointment only service while working to a full return.
Director Paul Waters said: “Each shop has its own challenges due to their varying sizes and layouts and our main priority at this stage is the safety of our staff and customers.
"We are initially offering an appointment only service, which is working well, and we are working towards fully opening our doors to customers whilst continuing to follow the latest safety and social distancing guidance from the government.

“Since returning we have seen an increase in new and existing customers enquiring about their future holiday plans and in particular for Winter 20/21 and Summer 2021.
"Since Covid-19, customers are looking for security when booking, and reassurance that their holiday is in safe hands with a company they can trust.
"We only sell 100 per cent financial protected holidays to give our customers peace of mind in the knowledge that they will be supported throughout.”
