Crash on A143 Rickinghall sees two dogs cut from back of vehicle and left in care of owner




Two dogs have been cut from the back of a vehicle on the A143 in Suffolk this afternoon after a crash.

Fire crews from Needham Market and Elmswell, as well as police officers, were called to reports of a two-vehicle crash on the the road in Rickinghall at 2.37pm.

Both drivers were out of their vehicles before firefighters arrived, but two dogs had to be cut free from the back of one of the vehicles.

A spokesperson confirmed the dogs were left in the care of their owners.

The fire crews ensured the scene was safe and left with the police.
