Two people charged with theft offences after purses stolen in Bury St Edmunds and Diss




Two people have been charged in connection with theft offences in Bury St Edmunds and Diss.

Eftima Ivanova, 28, of Hanson Close, in London, and Zlatko Alexsandrov, 46, of Bicknoller Road, Enfield, were both charged with four counts of theft on Wednesday, March 20.

Two incidents took place on February 26 in Bury St Edmunds where purses were stolen - one with contents to the value of £100, one incident in Diss on February 5 where a purse was stolen and money to the value £803.40 and one other theft incident on March 8 in Bury St Edmunds.

They appeared at Suffolk Magistrates' Court in Ipswich

Both appeared before Suffolk Magistrates’ Court, in Ipswich, on March 20 and were remanded in custody and will appear before Ipswich Crown Court on April 22 for a further hearing.
