Everyman Bury St Edmunds, in the arc Shopping Centre, and Abbeygate Cinema, in Hatter Street, gearing up for England’s European Championships final screening against Spain after successful semi-final events

Two town cinemas are gearing up to screen England’s Euros final after a successful semi-final showing.

Everyman Bury St Edmunds, in the arc Shopping Centre, and Abbeygate Cinema, in Hatter Street, are both welcoming bookings for the decider against Spain.

Everyman will have the game available on two of its screens, while Abbeygate will broadcast it on its Premier Screen.

Michael Box, general manager of Everyman Bury, said the screening of the Netherlands game was very successful.

“We had a great crowd for the semis and we’re looking forward to another massive night which is just as successful for the country,” he said.

“The team will be facepainted up and are looking forward to receiving everyone – of course its coming home.”

Mr Box said the majority of attendees at the semi-final rebooked that night to return for the final.

Tickets for the screening at Everyman cost £10, which includes a drink and popcorn.

Tickets for the screening at Abbeygate cost £5, which can then be redeemed on the night for food and drink.
