Update: Girls released after fire at County Upper School
Police are continuing their investigations after releasing three girls who were arrested in connection with an arson incident in Bury St Edmunds.
Three fire engines were called to County Upper School on Beetons Way at 3.25pm on Sunday, where they found wooden pallets on fire around the back of the school, a couple of metres away from the main building.
No major damage was made to the main building other than a couple of cracked windows due to the heat of the fire.
The girls, all under 15, were arrested on suspicion of arson but have now been released under investigation, pending further enquiries.
