More than 20 cars destroyed after fire at Bury St Edmunds Nissan car dealership

Firefighters were called to battle a blaze in Bury St Edmunds this morning, which saw 21 cars go up in flames.
The incident at Hammond Nissan garage in Lamdin Road was reported at 4.05am this morning (Thursday), with two fire engines attending the scene.
A resident living nearby said she woke up to the sound of explosions and alarms.
Part of the surrounding fence at the rear of the garage was also on fire but no damage was done to the building itself.
Police also attended the scene, with the fire being put out at around 5.48am.
