Water leaking across Mildenhall Road in Bury St Edmunds with maintenance works in progress

Water is leaking across a busy road in a Suffolk town with maintenance works in progress.

The repairs in Mildenhall Road at Northern Way in Bury St Edmunds are being completed by Anglian Water.

According to one.network, the repairs are scheduled to be finished by 11.59pm on Wednesday, February 28.

There are traffic lights either side of the area and an eyewitness said there was water leaking across the road.

The path next to the traffic lights remains open.
