Met Office release wet forecast for Bury St Edmunds Christmas Fayre
Rain has been forecast for this weekend (November 22-24) when Bury St Edmunds Christmas Fayre is set to be staged.
The town's largest annual gathering has already started in the town centre and will continue until Sunday evening.
But, according to latest forecasts, large parts of the event could be beset by rain.

The Met Office weather agency has given the following forecast for Bury St Edmunds:
Friday
Light cloud for most of the day with temperatures consistent at around 6°C.
Saturday
Rain has been forecast all morning and into the afternoon, around 4pm. Temperatures are slightly warmer, and could be up to 10°C. After 4pm, it could be cloudy until lighter showers from 7pm.
Sunday
The rain is set to ease off for most of the day, before returning around 5pm. These showers could continue and last into Monday.
