Stowmarket Town dealt home FA Vase tie against Cobham

Stowmarket Town have been handed another home tie in this season's Buildbase FA Vase.

The Old Gold & Blacks, who defeated lower-league Norwich CBS 2-0 on Saturday, will play host to Cobham in the fourth round proper.

Combined Counties League Premier Division outfit Cobham booked their place in this afternoon's draw following a 5-0 win over Clapham at the weekend.

Jonathan Hood is likely to be a player Stowmarket will need to keep a close eye on after he helped himself to a hat-trick in that encounter, while leading marksman Ryan Debattista weighed in with a brace.

Victory for Stowmarket would see them reach the fifth round for just the second time in the club's history.

The tie is scheduled to take place on Saturday, January 9.
