Weaver makes Lakenheath switch

Lakenheath have announced the signing of Ryan Weaver from Haverhill Borough.

The winger scored 12 goals from his 42 appearances in the Thurlow Nunn League Premier Division last season.

However, following confirmation of Borough's relegation over ground-grading issues, Weaver has decided to switch to fellow First Division North side Lakenheath.

The move will see Weaver link up with new Heath boss Ben Cowling, who has previously managed both Borough and Haverhill Rovers.

Newly-promoted Lakenheath are expected to announced further signings in the near future.
