A Bury St Edmunds estate agents has celebrated its 20th anniversary with expansion.

Martin & Co Bury St Edmunds has extended its sales department with new town centre office space on Angel Hill.

The Bury branch launched in 2004 with first floor offices at 29 Angel Hill. It then expanded to include the ground floor premises in 2008.

The expansion into new ground floor office space alongside will accommodate its growing team and doubles its shop frontage for property sales advertising.

The agency is led by managing directors John Rushman and wife Linda.

John said: “We are very fortunate to live and work in our lovely town as Bury continues to grow and be one of the most desirable market towns in the country.

“We are also delighted and thrilled to introduce Justine Hoy as a senior sales manager to our award winning team.

“With over 29 years operating in the local sales market, Justine has an incredible knowledge regarding marketing strategy for property sales.

The Bury office is established in sales, lettings and property management and offers full time mortgage, remortgage and buy-to-let investment advice from the new offices.
