Haverhill based Guardtech Group win West Suffolk innovators of the year at the Bury Free Press West Suffolk Business Awards




A company actively investing in research and development, delivering innovative products and solutions within their sector.

That’s what judges for the Bury Free Press West Suffolk Business Awards were seeking in for the annual award for Innovation.

The title this year went to Haverhill-based Guardtech Group, which provides a diverse range of cleanroom solutions.

These include portable CleanCube Mobile Cleanrooms and quick-assembly Isopod units, offering flexible options for controlled environments.

Their advanced designs, such as the CleanCube Maxi and Containment Level 3 models, address key challenges in Life Sciences and High-Tech Engineering.

Additionally, Guardtech leverages cutting-edge technologies for efficient facility mapping, driving international expansion and project growth.

The West Suffolk Award for Innovation celebrates West Suffolk businesses who are actively investing in Research & Development, delivering innovative products and solutions.

Judges wanted to recognise the excellence achieved by the area’s leading companies, regardless of industry sector.

The West Suffolk Award for Innovation was sponsored by Bury St Edmunds-based, Treatt PLC.

Treatt is a trusted natural extracts and ingredients manufacturer to the global beverage, flavour, fragrance and FMCG industries.

The Bury Free Press West Suffolk Business Awards were held at the Apex, Bury St Edmunds, on October 11.

Now in it’s 13th year, has become one of the most important events in the business calendar.
