Bury St Edmunds print company, Denny Bros Group, snaps up London label producer, PR Products

A Suffolk print company has snapped up a specialist label producer in its latest acquisition.

Denny Bros Group, based in Kempson Way, Bury St Edmunds, an independent, employee-owned printing business has bought PR Products to further enhance its printing and labelling portfolio.

The South London-based specialist label producer has a strong reputation for producing high quality labels quickly and efficiently and expert knowledge of the trade to provide a print management service.

It has become the eighth company within the Denny Bros Group which covers a broad range of disciplines, all underpinned by the ‘principles of flexibility, customer care and innovation’.

Denny Bros was advised by Birketts Solicitors in completing the acquisition.

Established in 1997, PR Products’ founding owner, Peter Deering, is now retiring and plans to spend time touring Europe on his Triumph motorcycle.
