Bury St Edmunds car dealer, Lithia UK’s Jardine BMW, scoops a national award

A Bury St Edmunds BMW dealer has scooped a national award.

Lithia UK’s Jardine BMW Bury St Edmunds earned the title of Market Area Retailer of the Year at the manufacturer’s annual awards ceremony rin London.

The award was given in celebration of top mystery shop performance and the highest of retail standards aligned to BMW’s brand guidelines.

The dealership, which is based on Thetford Road, was one of a handful of winning BMW retailers from across the country, across various titles handed out by the BMW Group.

Marc Haines, aftersales manager at BMW Bury St Edmunds, said: “We are incredibly proud of the whole team at BMW Bury St Edmunds for their unwavering efforts to provide great service to our customers, which contributed to this brilliant win.

“It’s fantastic to have our commitment to BMW’s high standards recognised. We already have the trophy on display in store, for customers and colleagues to see.”

Alongside the win for BMW Bury St Edmunds, Lithia UK’s Jardine BMW Milton Keynes site also took home the Corporate Sales Team of the Year, after the judges recognised the team’s achievement as a top performing My BMW and Mini App retailer, alongside the premium service they offer their Corporate customers
