Bury St Edmunds brothers launch Orvis Builders after working together for many years
Three brothers have taken the plunge and launched their own building company after working together for many years.
Miles Orvis, 30, and brothers Robert, 31, and Aaron, 33, have founded Orvis Builders, based at Raynham Road, Bury St Edmunds.
The brothers have worked together in the construction industry for more than 15 years as contractors.
However, they felt the time was right to form the company, which will work across Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.
Miles said: "We have been in the building industry for many years and have had so many opportunities come our way, we thought it was about time we launched our own company together.
“We are very excited with what the future holds for us.”
The brothers learned their trade with dad Andy Orvis, constructing bespoke homes in East Anglia.
Andy will also be lending his 45-year knowledge and experience to the business.
The brothers specialise in brickwork, including new builds, extensions, groundwork, garden walls, masonry repairs, renovations, slabbing and paving.
The Orvis brothers will be responsible for different aspects of the trade including bricklaying, masonry, cutting and fitting, constructing and repairing structures and mortar mixing.
Aaron added: "We take immense pride in our work and are thrilled to extend our expertise across local construction projects
“People can connect with us on Facebook and Instagram and we will soon be launching our own website.
“We have always had a passion for building, a dedication to quality and a legacy of craftsmanship.”
Robert added: “It’s great to finally launch our own company with our collective experience. We can’t wait to get started.”
