Stalls, fairground rides and a baby reindeer have turned out on Cornhill and the Buttermarket for the event tonight.

Visitors were spoilt for choice with Christmas stocking fillers at St Peter’s festive craft fair in Sudbury last weekend.

A final decision will be made when the shadow executive of both councils meets at the end of the month.

The event will run from 2pm until 5pm on Saturday.

Youngsters are encouraged to create poster designs using any art materials they choose.

Popular event will run from November 22-25.

The season of giving has kicked off at Sudbury Library, with the launch of a Christmas-themed card shop, to help a network of more than 250 charities.

A Christmas meal organised in Stowmarket to combat loneliness is looking for volunteers and a chef.

The event will see fund-raisers go from door to door singing all the festive favourites.
