A140 at Stoke Ash near Eye closed after horse box crash
A major Suffolk road is closed following a two vehicle collision involving a horse box.
The A140 is closed at Stoke Ash near Eye after emergency services were called at 7.32am to attend the incident.
According to a Suffolk police spokesperson, the road is closed in both directions while recovery takes place but the road will be clear shortly.
The horse box did contain a horse, but the animal has not been injured and no casualties have been reported after the crash.
Four appliances from Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service were sent to assist at the scene including crews from Bury St Edmunds and Diss.
