Former Felixstowe police station in Glenfield Court sold for redevelopment by Eddisons

LEARN MORETwenty-six homes are due to be built at a former police station site in Suffolk after it was sold for redevelopment.
The freehold of the former Glenfield Court police station in Felixstowe has been sold for development through property agent Eddisons.
Completed in December 2021, the sale went through after delays due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Approximately 26 homes will be built in the existing 1930s building and adjoining annexe. The garages to the rear of the premise were also included in the sale by Eddisons.
Police officers in Felixstowe have been relocated to to a share joint premises with the Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service at the Felixstowe fire station, on the opposite side of the road in High Road West.
