Links Avenue, Felixstowe incident sees man airlifted to Addenbrooke’s Hospital after falling from ladder





A man was airlifted to hospital yesterday after falling from a ladder.

Emergency services were called to Links Avenue, Felixstowe at about 2.15pm.

Both land ambulance and air ambulance attended.

An East of England Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called just after 2.15pm with reports that a man had fallen from a ladder in Links Avenue in Felixstowe.

“An ambulance, ambulance officer vehicle, community first responder and the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance were sent to the scene.

“An adult man was airlifted to Addenbrooke’s Hospital for treatment.”

The air ambulance landed in Eastward Ho Park.

The condition of the man is not known.
