Man taken to hospital after motorbike and lorry collision on A14 in Felixstowe, near Dock Spur roundabout

A man was taken to hospital following a collision on the A14 involving a motorbike and a lorry.

Emergency services were called to the southbound carriageway yesterday at around 3.10pm, near the Dock Spur roundabout, in Felixstowe.

The motorcyclist was taken to Ipswich Hospital with injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.

Suffolk Police, as well as an ambulance, an ambulance officer vehicle and two rapid response vehicles, were sent to the scene.

The incident caused delays in the area but they cleared by 5.26pm.
