Nearly 30 HGV drivers reported by Felixstowe Police for traffic offences in Carr Road and Langer Road

Nearly 30 HGV drivers were reported by police for traffic offences on a town seafront this week.

Officers from Felixstowe issued 29 Traffic Offence Reports (TORs) to lorry drivers parked in Langer Road and Carr Road over the course of this week.

The force had received reports that there had been an increase in the number of lorries parking in the area, which is weight restricted to a max of three and a half tonnes between 8pm and 7am.

Officers also patrolled Undercliff Road West and Sea Road.
