Firefighters from Diss, Framlingham, Needham Market and Harleston battle large barn blaze in Kenton

Firefighters are at the scene of a large barn fire between Framlingham and Stowmarket.

Four crews, from Framlingham, Needham Market, Diss and Harleston, were alerted to the scene in Kenton Road, Kenton, at 4.43pm.

The incident was led by Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service.

A spokeswoman for Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service described it as a large fire.

The barn is full of straw and hay.

No people have been hurt, she added.

It is being fought using three hose reel jets and a 45mm jet.

Crews remain at the scene, although a stop was called at 7.03pm.
