Firefighters called to rescue person after two-vehicle crash in Hadleigh's Pond Hall Road

Firefighters were called to Hadleigh this morning to rescue a casualty following a crash involving two vehicles.

Crews responded to reports of the crash in Pond Hall Road just before 7am.

An occupant in one of the cars had become trapped and needed to be rescued.

Firefighters from Hadleigh and Princes Street were called to the scene.

Both parties were described as 'concious and breathing' but the ambulance service was called to assist with any injuries.

One side of the road is partially blocked as a result.
