Hadleigh: Indian restaurant Spice closes due to owner’s personal reasons

An Indian takeaway restaurant in Suffolk has closed its doors due to the owner's personal reasons.

Spice, in Hadleigh High Street, has revealed it has now shut and their lease is up for sale.

On social media, a spokesperson for the restaurant said yesterday: “As we serve our customers for the last time today, we want to thank everyone who has come across the Spice journey.

“We appreciate all the business over the years and we ask for your continued support for the future.”

The business had previously revealed on June 13 that they would be closing.

On social media they said: “To all of our valued Spice customers, it saddens us to let you know that Spice lease is up for sale and our journey will soon come to an end.

“We have had to make this difficult decision due to our own personal reasons but we hope to have your continued support until we have news on our final days.”
