One person taken to hospital after crash on B1070 Upper Street, in Upper Layham, near Hadleigh

One person was taken to hospital after a car overturned onto its roof.

Police were called to a single-vehicle crash on the B1070 Upper Street, in Upper Layham, south of Hadleigh, at 6.45pm

A Suffolk Police spokesperson said the male driver was not injured but was taken to hospital by the ambulance service as a precaution.

The road has been blocked both ways.
