Driver without licence or insurance ‘makes off’ from police in Haverhill

A driver without a licence made off from police and then left vehicle unattended.
Haverhill Police said on X, (formerly Twitter) that the driver also had no insurance.
It was the second time in a month police encountered the driver.
Police said a notice of intended prosecution would follow.
