Firefighters called to Vanners Road, Haverhill, home fire

Firefighters were called to a blaze at a town home.

Crews were alerted to the incident in Vanners Road, Haverhill, at 2.49pm.

Engines from the town and Clare were sent to the scene.

The fire was in a first-floor bedroom.

Firefighters used hose reel jets, breathing equipment, a ladder and covering jets to extinguish the blaze.

All occupants of the home were out of the home.

The incident was under control by 4.03pm.
