A former community pub is set to go under the hammer.
The Suffolk Punch in Leiston Road, Haverhill, will go up for auction with a guide price of between £70,000 and £100,000.
The auction is being held on June 15 at Auction House East Anglia and via livestream.
The auctioneers describe the property as a 'community pub with commercial trade kitchen and cellar, catering for approximately 60 covers'.
They add 'The Suffolk Punch requires modernisation and presents a fantastic opportunity to bring a community asset back to life'.
The property, which also has a basement flat, is towards the centre of Haverhill, in a mostly residential area with local amenities.
Cambridge is 17 miles to the Northwest and Sudbury 16 miles to the east.
The lease term is 99 years expiring in 2067, with a ground rent payable and a restriction over its future use, as a community pub.
On the ground floor of the pub is the bar, dining area, kitchen, toilets and terrace area.
The basement features three bedrooms, a bathroom, cellar and torage rooms
The tenure is leasehold.
