Kedington Steam and Vintage Show set to be the busiest yet
The organiser of this year's Kedington Steam and Vintage Show, which comes up this Saturday and Sunday, is optimistic that it will be the best one yet.
Now in it's third year, the show attracts visitors from the local area and from outside the Eastern region as its reputation grows.
It takes place on the Great Meadow in Arms Lane from 10am to 5pm both days, with entry by donation and all proceeds going to the Kedington Community Association (KCA).
Organiser, Marr Garwood, said: "We had a good year last year with more exhibitors and more trade stands and this year I'm hoping it will be better than last year.
"It's looking like a full Saturday and a maximum capacity Sunday so the meadow should be filled up with a nice array of things."
There will be a good selection of steam traction engines and rollers, about 30 trade stands - well up on last year - stalls selling bric-a-brac and all sorts of collectables, antiques, gardening tools, toys, clothes, jewellery and other assorted items.
There will be funfair rides, the Land Rover Club is bringing about12 vehicles. 'a good number of London buses,' cars and catering provided by the charity Project Seven.
Free live music will also be on at the community centre on Friday and Saturday nights.
