Haverhill police arrest man after drugs raid at property in Parkway Estate
A man has been arrested in connection with the supply of drugs.
Officers from Haverhill made the arrest at an address on the Parkway Estate this morning.
The man was arrested on suspicion of being involved the supply of controlled substances and possession of controlled substances with intent to supply.
He was also arrested for resisting arrest.
Police said on X (formerly Twitter) a search of the property revealed a ‘significant quantity of drugs, dangerous offensive weapons, cash, scales and mobile phones’.
The man was taken to Bury St Edmunds Investigation Centre and interviewed - before being released under investigation.
Three officers from the Kestrel Proactive Crime Team attended the address in ‘pre-planned’ arrest.
