A man is due to appear in court accused of drink driving.
Sergui-Mihaita Artene, 41, of Fennels Close, Haverhill, is charged with drink driving and criminal damage to a police van cell.
He is due to appear before Suffolk Magistrates' Court on August 1.
It follows an incident in the early hours of Monday morning when police said they found a driver slumped over the wheel of a car at a junction.
The driver was taken into custody where police said they provided an evidential breath sample of 106 – more than three times the legal limit which is 35.
