McFly star, Harry Judd, spotted at Clare parkrun
McFly star Harry Judd was spotted at a parkrun in Suffolk this morning after being inspired to take part by Britain's Olympic athletes.
The 35-year-old musician was one of the 112 runners on the start line at Clare parkrun, which takes place in Clare Country Park.
Judd was one of the faster runners, recording a time of 21 minutes and 53 seconds, landing him a place in the top 10.
The McFly drummer, who also won Strictly Come Dancing in 2010, was greeted by his daughter, Lola, on his finish line.
Posting on his Instagram, Judd said: "I was watching the Team GB triathlon mixed relay on Olympic breakfast this morning, and they were talking about Jonny Brownlee being in a pain cave! So it inspired me to go and find my own pain cave!
"Parkrun is back, so I went and got stuck in.
"Lola was at the finish line and ran the last 50 metres with me. Sweet...but it did compromise my time.
"I LOVE @parkrunuk. Everyone out there challenging themselves on a Saturday morning. And I LOVE our Olympians! So inspiring!"
