Stradishall author and wellbeing expert Giles Bryant publishes a new book
A man who was training to become a barrister when he discovered the life-changing practices of yoga, meditation and healing has written a book based on his experiences.
Since the mid-1990s Giles Bryant has dedicated his life to uplifting people and the planet and runs World Healing Project, promoting wellbeing initiatives locally and globally.
Using 30 years of research into wellbeing, Giles has released a new book, which he says is ‘filled with tools and techniques to live a life of purpose, joy and abundance’.
Giles, who lives in Stradishall, not far from both Haverhill and Bury St Edmunds, said The Mechanics of Manifestation is ‘a concise guide to revealing the mysteries.’
The official book launch is at KindaSock, Cambridge on Friday (the Spring Equinox) a venue Giles is helping turn into a community and wellbeing space.
The event, One Love, is a conscious club night with DJs, live music, Giles’ talk, meditation all powered by superfoods, with no drugs or alcohol.
It runs from 5.30pm to 9.30pm and is family-friendly, with under 16s attending for free. Tickets from www.juliettebryant.com.
