Police urge Haverhill residents to remove valuables from vehicles after break-ins




Two vehicles were broken into and items stolen in Haverhill this week.

A Makita portable radio was stolen from a van, in Fritton Court, at some point between 12.15am and 9.40am yesterday.

A mobile phone, a small amount of cash and tobacco were taken from a vehicle, in Tudor Close, between 10pm on Wednesday and 6am yesterday.

Police have reminded residents to ensure vehicles are locked and items inside are removed.
