Sigler goal gets Haverhill Rovers back to winning ways

Charlie Sigler’s first goal for Haverhill Rovers first team earned them their first win in 11 matches.
Sigler was on hand to stab the ball home following a 37th minute corner.
Dalton O’Brien’s volley hit the crossbar for the hosts just before half-time as they pushed for a second goal.
Fakenham came close to levelling in the second half, hitting the frame of the goal on two occasions.
Shortly after the hour mark Danny Williams’ shot came back off the post before in added time, Sam Garner almost snatched a point for the Ghosts with a shot that came back out of a post.
Rovers are at home in the league tomorrow night (Tuesday) to Ipswich Wanderers (7.45pm kick off).
