A14 near Ipswich to be closed overnight while works are carried out to Orwell Bridge
Overnight closures will be in place on a section of the A14 in Suffolk from tonight until next month.
Highways England said both carriageways between junctions 55 and 58 will be closed between 10pm and 6am every week night while works are carried out on the Orwell Bridge near Ipswich.
The works are due to finish on Friday, March 12.
A Highways England spokesman said: "For safety, we need to fully close the A14 overnight to make our changes to the Orwell Bridge."
Closures will also be in place on the westbound carriageway between junctions 62 and 60 at Felixstowe until February 22.
This section of road will be closed from 9pm until 5am on week nights to allow resurfacing works to be carried out.
