Two fire engines attended – one from Ipswich East and one from Princes Street.

The former Fisons site has been subject to frequent blazes in recent years.

In March, fire crews were called to extinguish flames that had engulfed the third floor of the building and the roof.

The incident was treated as a ‘potential arson’.
