Ipswich Police issue warning after suspicious dog pellets found in Pinewood area of Chantry estate

Dog owners have been issued a warning after suspicious pellets were found on an Ipswich estate.

Officers were on patrol in the Pinewood area of the Chantry estate when they found the pellets near to lamp posts.

The unidentified items have been discovered on several different days and locations since the beginning of February.

A spokesperson for Ipswich Police said: "The pellets haven’t yet been identified as to what they are so dogs walkers should be aware."
