Driver wanted for serious sexual offence chased by police on the A140 and A14 into Ipswich and arrested

Following a police chase, a driver who was allegedly wanted for a serious sexual offence was caught and arrested in a Suffolk town.

Officers pursued the vehicle last week on the A140 and A14 into Ipswich.

According to a tweet from the Norfolk & Suffolk Roads and Armed Policing Team, the driver was wanted for a serious sexual offence in Norfolk.

He has since been charged and remanded.
