Experienced chartered surveyor has joined the Ipswich office of Jackson-Stops estate agents
An estate agent has announced the expansion of its Suffolk team.
Rob Swiney has joined the established team in the Ipswich office of Jackson-Stops, specialising in all aspects of the sale and valuation of country properties.
Rob, 42, a chartered surveyor, has more than 20 years of experience in the Suffolk property market.
He will be specialising in the West Suffolk area, adding further to the team of Jonathan Penn, Tim Dansie and James Squirrell, and have between them, over 120 years of experience.
Rob started his career in the Jackson-Stops’ Bury office, before moving to another national agent and for the last 10 years and has headed up the estate agency department of Lacey Scott & Knight.

“He initially undertook work experience with us after leaving school and has since established himself as an enthusiastic and hard working professional, gaining extensive experience and knowledge of the Suffolk property market.”
