Firefighters called to College Street, Ipswich, where a pipe had burst in a flat

Firefighters were called to a burst pipe at a town centre flat this morning.

It happened in a fourt floor flat in College Street, Ipswich, at around 9.45am.

A spokesperson for the fire service said water was everywhere in the flat after the pipe exploded.

Firefighters gave electricity isolation advice.

A stop on the incident was issued at 10.11am.
